TEST2r Frequently Asked Questions
Email test2r@blackrockec.ie with your school roll number, name and the email address to be used the account. You will be emailed a link within 48 hours to complete the registration process. This link expires so please complete set up as quickly as possible after receiving the link. Please check your junk or spam folders for the email containing the link. If you have any problems receiving or using the link, please contact us on test2r@blackrockec.ie
A Unique Identification Number (UIN) is printed on the front cover of each score booklet. This UIN is used to identify results in the database.
Once you have logged in to www.test2r.ie click the ADD UIN button on the top right of your screen. Remember to click save, then next on each screen.
You can change entered results at any time until they are submitted at the end of the Screener and Diagnostic Test process, so please review the entries before pressing submit. If an error on results is discovered after submit is pressed or on a date of birth, please contact us on test2r@blackrockec.ie or at 01 2365000. You will need your school roll number and the UIN.
The Screener is pass/fail only, so the only results are red or green
Once you have completed and submitted the results for either the screener or diagnostic tasks, the option to view pdf is available to you. Click on the PDF button and you can view or print the report.
We are currently working with Aladdin to include TEST2r in their software, this will allow importing of TEST2r results in to Aladdin and use of the Aladdin software to produce charts etc.
It is designed to be given on a one to one basis, however tasks 3 and 4 can be administered to groups of no more than 4 children provided they are well separated in the room.
Training in generally available through your local Education Centre. However if schools want to contact Pauline Cogan directly to organise training for their school, this can be done through test2rtraining@gmail.com , charges may apply.
Currently there is only one login, however we are expanding this to allow for additional users under the main school login. Coming soon!
On the TEST2r.ie website home page there is a Resources tab on the bottom right of the screen, this contains a mapping document to resources from NEPS and Primary Language Curriculum. There are also unmapped links to SESS and other resource
